About Tracy Tomchik

Tracy Tomchik is a seasoned professional communicator with more than nine years of experience, and connections throughout the Delaware Valley. Tracy's background in event coordination and public relations has equipped her with the tools to perfect the branding and messaging of your organization. 

PPbyTT will coordinate your affair to drive messaging and guest experiences in unique, economical, sustainable, and memorable ways. Tracy brings over nine years of experience planning events for many respected organizations.

For three of those years, Tracy oversaw the Events Services Office of the two Health Sciences Campuses of Drexel University & the College of Medicine. Tracy assisted university affiliates in coordinating event logistics by providing expert advice and executing successful events, such as trustee board meetings, sophisticated soirées, ceremonies, medical conferences, and student activities. Tracy developed the department’s infrastructure, first website and an electronic reservation system. Tracy interfaced with vendors to coordinate production/staffing schedules, menus, floor plans, audio visual/video-conferencing elements, in addition to all of the Events Office billing and budgets, while providing cutting-edge event planning services.  

Tracy’s event experience also includes non-profit events, such as fundraisers, family festivals, community/health advocacy, galas and other public relations events. Highlights include FARM AID’s Fresh Food Events, Jack Johnson Concert Events, Bethlehem Musikfest, Biz Buzz Conference at Harrah’s, Fido’s Festival USA and the Johnson & Johnson Executive Conference.  

PPbyTT is a member of the International Special Events Society’s Philadelphia Chapter and is actively involved in the South Jersey branch. This allows PPbyTT to utilize the area’s best resources, vendors and event staff to assist clients.
